Participation of MEDENER to the presentation of meeting for Euro-Mediterranean platforms in Brussels

As part of the launch of Euro-Mediterranean energy platforms on the gas, the electricity markets and on EE and RE, MEDENER is positioned as one of the organizations responsible for the implementation of third platform.

“This meeting in Brussels, chaired by Christopher Jones – Deputy DG of the EC DG ENERGY – allowed to present action plans projects 3 platforms.

In the presence of representatives of 7 MEDENER agencies, OME, RCREEE, MEDREG and MEDTSO, the meeting confirmed the place of MEDENER and facilitator on the energy efficiency component, while recreated RES4MED ensure this role on renewable energy. RCREEE MEDENER and collaborate in work groups on both topics. “
