A leader on the Impulse project, the CRES intends promoting ways of reducing to cost of energy-saving renovation work to the Greek government. With 85% of its financing provided by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), the program has been validated in six Mediterranean pilot cities: Heraklion (Greece), Elche (Spain), Cannes (France), Ravenna (Italy), Mostar (Bosnia-Herzegovina) and Osijek (Croatia).
