MEDENER and RCREEE launch a second phase of collaboration on EE in buildings and appliances for meetmed II project
Algeria is resolutely engaged into a voluntary energy transition process, through the adoption of a Governmental action plan, based on the program of the President of the Republic, which gives an important place to energy transition, considered a necessity and a strategic choice for Algeria.
As part of the launch of Euro-Mediterranean energy platforms on the gas, the electricity markets and on EE and RE, MEDENER is positioned as one of the organizations responsible for the implementation of third platform.
MEDENER organized its General Assembly on the sidelines of the 3rd International conference on energy transition in Naples.
MEDENER with the support of OME held March 9 in Paris, a workshop with experts from national agencies to validate assumptions to develop the energy transition scenario by 2040 for the Mediterranean.
On April 24th, 2014 in Marseille, ADEME has transmitted the presidency MEDENER, the Mediterranean Association of National Agencies for energy efficiency and development of renewable energy to the Tunisian Agency for Energy Control, the ANME; the opportunity to review the results of the last two years.
