MEDENER promotes partnerships between public and private sectors, leveraging the expertise of the national energy agencies of the northern and southern banks of the Mediterranean:
- Set-up of thematic working groups
- Identification of investment projects, particularly in the sectors of public lighting, high-performance buildings and clean transport and the development of sustainable cities.
- Development of tools and guidelines
- Organisation of events, especially the annual conference on the energy transition in the Mediterranean.
